    Director of Educational Technology

    2018 - present

     

    Innovate and develop the role of technology in the school’s teaching and learning by working with the leadership team, with teachers and with students.

     
    Strategic planning as a member of the Learning Leadership Team
    and of the School Administration Team.


    Work with administrators and teachers to develop and integrate the role of technology in K-12 curriculum.


    Work with the IT manager to create and manage the technology budget.


    Manage the distribution and upkeep of 800+ devices across the school.

     

    Develop and vertically articulated the grade 6 - High School Computer Science program.

    Middle School Technology Integrator

    2013 to 2018

     

    I work with Middle School teachers to use technology in their classrooms in ways that allow their students to develop into confident and capable digital learners.

     

    I collaborate with the other technology coaches on our team, exploring opportunities to learn together and to lead and model innovative practices in our school

     

    I coordinate the Middle School team within the Technology Leadership Team, working on school wide educational technology goals.

     

    I manage a 1:1 iPad programm in the Middle School.

    • Member of a three person grade level team implementing and delivering curriculum.
    • Member of the Technology Leadership Team representing the second grade team.
    • Member of the Science Committee, documenting and adjusting the vertical articulation of the elementary school science curriculum.
